NEW & PRE-LOVED DESIGNER & VINTAGE CLOTHING

COLOUR YOUR WARDROBE

Posted on

We are well and truly into the grind of another year. I don’t mean to sound drab, I just mean February really does signal that we are no longer in holiday season.

Even if the holiday sun isn’t shining at your place, wearing a pop of colour is sure to brighten the gloomiest of days. Do you find when you see bright colours they affect your mood in a good way?  Have you given thought to why specific colours are used in kitchens, dining rooms, hotels etc? They are all used in a way to evoke a mood or feeling when in these places.

Obviously colours like yellow, orange and pink are known as happy colours. Apparently the brighter the hue the happier you will be. Red will give you energy, salmon pink will make you more approachable, gold will give you a regal touch!

If you’re feeling a little insecure hues of green will make you feel peaceful and secure, and blue will make you seem trustworthy and calm.

There’s a real science to the rainbow or colours in the world, so let's make the most of incorporating this into your day to day wardrobe. Keep scrolling for a selection of just added colourful additions in store now at aceyacey.com.au.

I hope you all have a fabulous Valentine’s Day tomorrow. I know any day is a good day to celebrate love, but this day is especially dedicated to it-so LOVE AWAY!!
