NEW ADDITIONS FOR A BRAVE NEW WORLD

The days on hiatus are finally feeling like a distant memory, at least for the moment…

I’ve been reflecting on all the places we could have been over the last couple of years had it not been for the stupid virus. The days of recent years gone by have been a challenge in so many ways for all of us, and it’s great to finally get some respite to live a somewhat new normal existence.

I’ve been making up for lost time seeing friends and family, planning trips all over the place & basically juts getting on with it. Still emotionally scarred from what I’ve personally been through, I have to admit sometimes it takes courage to get out of the state of pause and get on with ‘normal’ happenings, not worrying when I enter a room that’s not in my house that COVID could be looming ….

One of my boys turns 18 this year, which is mind blowing to me! Where does the time go!! That has spurred us on to plan a family trip at the end of the year to the USA (fingers crossed), as who knows how long we have that he actually wants to travel with Mum & Dad!
